Effective date: July 6, 2026
These Terms govern use of Status Scout (“the App”), an application for monday.com operated by Gal Buzaglo, a registered business in Israel (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The App reads monday.com boards you select and generates automated project status reports, including AI-generated narrative text. Reports are informational summaries derived from your board data.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must have a valid monday.com account and authority to install apps for your monday.com account. You are responsible for the boards you choose to connect.
3. Plans & billing
The App offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are purchased, billed, and managed through monday.com's marketplace billing; monday.com's purchase terms apply to payment, renewal, trials, and cancellation. Plan features are described on the App's marketplace listing. On cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse, reverse engineer, or resell the App; use it to violate law or third-party rights; or attempt to access data of other accounts. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or degrade it for others.
5. AI-generated content
Report narratives are generated by a large language model from computed board signals. While numeric facts are computed deterministically from your board data, narrative text may contain errors or omissions. Reports are decision-support, not professional advice — you are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
6. Data
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the App deletes stored data as described there.
7. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify features over time; material reductions in paid functionality will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the App will not exceed the amounts you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on report content.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms with notice where practicable.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
